Όσκαρ 2026: Η «Bugonia» του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου υποψήφια σε τέσσερις κατηγορίες – Όλες οι υποψηφιότητες

H Bugonia του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου θα διεκδικήσει τέσσερα χρυσά αγαλματίδια, καθώς είναι υποψήφια για καλύτερη ταινία, διασκευασμένο σενάριο, α’ γυναικείου ρόλου και καλύτερη πρωτότυπη μουσική επένδυση.

H ταινία «Sinners» του Ryan Coogler έλαβε 16 υποψηφιότητες, καταρρίπτοντας το ρεκόρ για τις περισσότερες υποψηφιότητες που έχει λάβει ποτέ μια ταινία. Ο τίτλος αυτός ανήκε προηγουμένως σε τρεις ταινίες που έλαβαν από 14 υποψηφιότητες: All About Eve, Titanic και La La Land.

Η ταινία «One Battle After Another» του Paul Thomas Anderson, που προηγουμένως θεωρούνταν η φαβορί για το βραβείο καλύτερης ταινίας της χρονιάς, ακολουθεί από κοντά το Sinners με 12 υποψηφιότητες. Η ταινία «Sentimental Value» του Joachim Trier, απέσπασε 9 υποψηφιότητες, ενώ η ταινία «Marty Supreme» του Josh Safdie —με τον πιθανό νικητή του βραβείου καλύτερου ηθοποιού Timothée Chalamet— απέσπασε 8 υποψηφιότητες.

Οι υποψήφιοι και στις 24 κατηγορίες των Όσκαρ —συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ολοκαίνουργιας κατηγορίας για το καλύτερο καστ— ανακοινώθηκαν από τους ηθοποιούς Ντανιέλ Μπρουκς (η οποία ήταν υποψήφια για Όσκαρ το 2024) και Λιούις Πούλμαν στο Samuel Goldwyn Theater στο Μπέβερλι Χιλς.

Η 98η τελετή απονομής των Όσκαρ, την οποία θα παρουσιάσει για άλλη μια φορά ο παρουσιαστής talk show και μεγιστάνας των podcast Conan O’Brien, θα μεταδοθεί στις 15 Μαρτίου από το ABC, το κανάλι που θα σταματήσει να μεταδίδει την τελετή το 2029, όταν τα Όσκαρ θα αρχίσουν να μεταδίδονται μέσω YouTube.
